Shameful actions
I received horrendous 'service' at this location. I booked a rental over a week in advance of my move date. Two days before I was set to move, I received a phone call saying that I would have to pick up the truck in Ingersoll (an hour drive out of the way). U-Haul would not reimburse me for the full mileage and gas that would have been incurred as a result of having to drive to Ingersoll and back. I believe that U-Haul's actions are shameful and duplicitous. I should have been notified sooner that I would not be able to pick up a truck in London. I was unable to speak with a manager, however the girl on the phone was unsympathetic and rude. I will tell everyone I know not to book with this company especially at this location.
