Unable to afford appointment book
Made appointment to have my dog groomed with this place. Was told to come a certain day at a certain time and if something were to change, they would call. I receieved no call and went to the appointment. No One showed up. Not very reliable if you ask me, specially if these people can't afford to purchase an Appointment Book. So in the end i wasted gas (groomers were about 30 minutes out of town) and my time, so i advised people not to do the same.
