If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Company with incompetent and racists appraiser's. If you are black avoid this company at all costs. Once they know you are black not only do they appraise your property way below comparables but they will also provide incorrect information to the lender. The worse is that there is no transparent review process within this sham company so you are their mercy. Avoid at all costs.

The worst service hands down! I had them appraise my property that has been renovated top to bottom. They charged me $1000, took them 3 weeks to prepare my report and they appraised it at the same value that I purchased my home!!! They said they couldn’t find any reputable comparables. Never seen something so bizzare in my life!!! Asked for my money back because this was obviously not prepared correctly and they said sorry you paid for a service. Take my advice and use someone else!

from the website appraisal can be done in less than a week, and at a certain price not true they raised the website price almost 200.00 with no explanation. After I got an extension I went back then they said they dont perform that type of appraisal, never said that the first time. Totally unprofessional, didnt even return my phone message after the second request. Luckily there are many other reputable appraisers in Markham
