Woodbine Endoscopy

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had! They screwed up my father’s first appointment, had to wait months for the second. Trying to confirm his appointment in two days and can’t contact them by phone, our pharmacist has been trying to fax them all day. Tried email, no response. Never seen anything like this!

Words cannot express how terrible my experience was yesterday for my scheduled endoscopy. The lack of care and attention, huge sarcasm and terrible way of doing the procedure, I experienced so much pain for a procedure that was supposed to be just bit discomforting. Worst experience.

Horrible Waiting Time Due to OverBooking

This is a terrible place I definitely will not go NOR recommend anyone to go. Their booking is so overbooked for $. They asked me to show up 30min early. I did and I waited 3hours in the waiting room before my name was called to get inside. Once inside, there was another 30min wait. I went to emergency rooms multiple times without appointment, I didn't wait 3 hours!!! Their clerk received multiple complains about this but apparently she didn't care. We stayed hungry and it's not their problem.
