bought my dog here for anal sac express.after 5 days later. my dog anal sac was ruptured. and the job was not done properly.

Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service.

Dr. Dhabia is an absolute saint. He has saved the lives of a few of our cats and has never beat around the bush with giving an honest diagnosis. He does amazing work and genuinely cares about his pet patients. The wonderful receptionists and tecs are also lovely people, very kind and helpful. I truly cannot put enough emphasis on how thankful I am to Dr. Dhabia and his team for all of their care, generousity, and passion for their work.

no interaction with pets. They do what they have to. Finally going elsewhere. I take two dogs there. multiple surgeries, vaccinations and bills. You have to remind the Doctor of any treatments he has done before. Im a nurse and I always consult my client notes before seeing them, common procedure. Totally impersonal, IMHO.

picked up my dog from getting spayed and when I got home I noticed small clump of blond hair coming out of the wound. I brought her right back and when we put her on the table and brushed over it whit his hand to see if it was just stuck on her fur but when it didn’t he pulled it out and you could even see the skin pull with it, after that he says “what are talking about nothing is there “ literally after I just watched him pull it and showed him 2 pictures, he says we are lying and he denies it

Vet and vet tech are great but the groomer is useless. We brought our puppy in and asked to get 1/2 taken off, saying we wanted to keep him shaggy and have his face cleaned up a bit and when we got him back he was unrecognizable with his coat down to 1/2, NEVER come here for grooming!

In 2014, our bichon-poodle had an acute Pancreatitis + a Protein-Losing Enteropathy that Dr. Dabhia discovered. Thanks to him our dog is well and alive today (2018). Other 2 vets we consulted previously could not help our dying dog. We are very grateful to Dr. Dabhia and very appreciative of his knowledge and great kindness. He has given us discounts over and over. He’s an amazing person and doctor. The staff at Bristol Veterinary Hospital is kind and caring; great medical equipment on site.

Our dog Kasha ate some cloth which got stuck in her intestines. Dr. Dhabia was excellent, first in trying to see if Kasha could pass the object on her own and when she didn't explaining our options and the costs. Kasha ended up needing surgery to remove the object. Dr. Dhabia and staff were excellent, we could tell that Kasha was being treated very well. We would definately recommend this Vet, caring, reasonable cost and open 7 days a week from 0800 to 2200!

WE were referred to Bristal by a family member,and after a couple of calls with the staff and the Vet we hesitantly decided to take our dog there for surgery . WE found a professional, clean and up to date looking clinic.The staff and the Vet were kind and sympathetic. The surgery and the follow up appointment were done and our dog is doing great. I was worth a trip from Toronto.

Excellent service and staff

I needed an emergency visit one night with my cat, Colonel. During that visit everyone was patient, and empathetic. They helped my cat get back to his old self. The excellent service and reasonable prices are the reason we have been clients for over a year and come from Brampton. Dr.Dabhia takes the time to explain things and only orders necessary tests. Jasmine and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. They truly love all their animal clients. Thank you Dr.Dabhia and staff!

You can tell the people who work here really love animals, they are fantastic, explain everything very carefully. They do not try to encourage you to spend money on tests that are not needed, they are very reasonable in their prices. The vet and his helper even kissed my dog on his head. I highly recommend this vet clinic

Dr Dhabia is an excellent vet. My two dogs adore him and trust him. They have been patients at the Bristol Veterinary Hospital for 2 years and have had routine check ups there and a couple of impromptu visits. Each time, we are welcomed there no matter what time it is. We always receive good information from the vet and have all our questions answered. The medicine prescribed always heals the ailment and the cost for the visit is reasonable. The staff in the reception area are excellent too!

I like this vet b...

I like this vet because I have 5 Shih Tzus and I had a couple of emergencies and doctor was always there and friendly staff as well as reasonable prices. It's also a very clean office. I'm thankful he's close by and good to my dogs. Highly recommended.

Bristol Veterinary Hospital took excellent care of our cat, Dr. Dhabia literally saved his life! The clinic is immaculately clean and everyone there is compassionate. The prices are very fair and the wait time was minimal. Due to the excellent veterinary skills Dr. Dhabia has, we will be bringing our cats here from now on. I've never met a more caring and dedicated veterinarian who takes his time with his fur-patients to ensure they have the best possible outcome. Trust me, bring your pets here!
