They were gruff on the phone, but when I went there they gave me excellent service and quickly pulled the part I needed at a great price so they will get all my business.

I think "attitude" should be parked somewhere before picking up the phone. Not all the calls made to the yard are for dumping vehicles. customer service is all about patience and respect to the one who is calling. I gave one star because this facility is a true scrap yard. Even customer and service to them is crushed as soon as it reaches their facility!
