Lyons Auto Body Ltd

Beware of this body shop. Lyons is using a new name ADP Auto Collion. Took my car there today just for an estimate and felt like something was off. Looked at my estimate sheet and noticed the email address at the top for the appraiser had a Lyons auto body domain. Looks like Lyons has renamed themselves to attempt to get around the bad rap they have. It's the same rude staff running the center. I questioned the receptionist & she didn't deny it. John, Brian & the whole scam gang are still there.

I used Calgary Movers Pro for my 2-bedroom move, and they were amazing. The team was friendly, professional, and very careful with my furniture. The whole move went smoothly, and Im really happy with their service.

The people that answer the phones and the owner are greasy scammers

The worst. Unethical. Cheaters. Would never allow them to repair my vehicle. My Range Rover & stolen in an accident, interior trashed. After forensic testing the vehicle was towed to Lyons compound. In order to view the damage I had to sign what I was told was a waiver. When asked again to sign a waiver to tow my car to a reputable body shop. That’s when I found out I had signed a blank work order. Lyons would not release my car. 6 weeks we now have a writ of seizure and the sherif will serve

I wish i could give Lyons Auto Body more than 5 stars. Thank you for helping me through the entire process of restoring my car. The staff there are kind and professional. They went above and beyond to fix my car. The colour of the paint also matched perfectly. I am very happy and impressed with the great service. Highly recommended to anyone in need.

Front secretary is rude!! customer service is bad! the owner never returns your calls for weeks once your car is stuck with them ...

Got into fender bender, The tow truck driver insisted that the car must be towed & it’s unsafe to drive it home. We contacted our insurance the next morning & they asked that we move the car to one of their preferred Collission repair centers. We got to Lyons the next day at 4pm, not even 24 hours later. They charged us $300 for towing plus 2 days storage fee at $60/day. The lady there was so rude & said we’re not releasing the car without payment of $474.60 which is towing & 2 days storage!

Not very good. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The service there is awful, they try to bully you and do not return calls.

Giving this business a two thumbs down, based on the rude woman who took my call. She told me the price in a condescending manner, like I can't afford it. So it's not even worth one star. If I give you my money, I deserve to be treated better!

Outstanding

The Service at Lyons Auto Body was outstanding the work done on 2 vehicles I brought in was perfect (no problems) and the customer service was very impressive.
