Helpful and Polite

So far today I have called many places in search of a part for my furnace. While other places part's people were downright rude on the phone, I was very happy with the service so far with Metro. The gentleman on the phone was polite, helpful, and had excellent product knowledge. He was able to tell me the precise item, the price range off the top of his head, and that they did in fact, have them in stock, without making me wait while he looked anything up. He also made sure to tell me to bring the part to ensure I purchase the right size. I've worked retail for several years and was very impressed by the service just dealing with him on the phone.

Excellent work

I recently had my bathroom remodelled with Metro and was very pleased with the knowledgeable, friendly staff. The plumbers were very professional and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend Metro and will use them for any future renovations.
