Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. Paul and Michael made the process very easy and smooth. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family.

Terrible experience with the employee named Paul. Had a problem with getting a car reissued which we understood. He offered a ride but when he realized it was more than 5 minutes (Weston road and finch) he said it was “too far”. Leaving myself and 2 family members... one of which is 9 months preganant stranded. Having to dish out additional costs to get home.
