Should be NO STAR...No customer service at all! Do not bring any of your business to this person. You will just waste your time going to him, very inconsiderate. I lost my whole day of work because he keeps on promising that hes coming to do the job. Waited 3 1/2 hours and still saying another 10-15 minutes and hes coming! John Flash does not value your time so might as well go somewhere else.

Owner was nice an amazing too all customers...the work is good..no rush but quick as the name.

Unprofessional

I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Came 2 hours later than scheduled to do a mobile glass repair on my car. Damaged part of my car in the repair process. Said they would send someone "the next day" - stood me up. Said they would send someone between 11-12 the following day - just arrived at 3:30. Throughout this ordeal, I have been repeatedly lied to by the owner who would say things like "they'll be there in 10 minutes" even though this proved to be untrue (more like 2 hours). I have hung up on, and just generally been treated with disrespect. Avoid like the plaque.

Terrible workmanship. Tardy service, leaks, glue everywhere, sprayed aerosol inside my vehicle, scratched paint, endless headache. Go elsewhere.
