I had a keratin treatment in this salon 2weeks ago with estefani ,she did a great job !!!it was so expensive though , I walked in with long dark fuzzy hair ,, and they charged me almost 600 $ for treatment & shampoo but it’s worth it ... i walked out few hours later with long silky light brown hair ( keratin treatment lighten your hair aliittle bit and I liked it ) which I couldn’t imagine I could ever have them !!!! It’s been almost 2 weeks now & I still have the awesome silky hair

I went in with virgin dark brown roots wanting to go to a neutral light brown-dark blonde color and left with darkish brown RED roots instead. I returned the next day hoping they could fix it and left with orangey copperish brown roots instead. Not what I wanted and very upsetting. Diane did not do a good job and did not pick correct colors to match my current hair color and tones so that it would blend. I provided photos. What I wanted was simple. This salon feels like a mass market factory ,rushing you in and out as quickly as possible to make as much money as they can, not a good experience and no attention to detail. Now I have to go elsewhere for color correction and spend more money. I could have gotten this result with box color.
