This is the most horrible place to live
We spent 7 years living at these apartments and there are a number of reasons I can complain about the Landlady, the "holding company" and the countless situations that gave my husband and I a horrible taste in our mouths. Darlene, allowed us to move into an apartment that had water damage (which she said just paint over), ants (which she kicked us out of our own apartment to "get rid of" but instead she just put ant food traps in our laundry hamper, behind the toilet and under the stove), a not proper working stove/oven, cracks all throughout the balcony floor and no parking spot. While in the process of moving, we were yelled at and ridiculed in the hallways by DARLENE, we were told (even though we have LEGAL POSSESSION of the apartment that we paid for until the 31st of the month at 1pm) she took our keys, came in and wrote a note on the door telling us we could not come into our apartment now that we had moved out early and she allowed the new tenants to move into our apartment on the 28th of the month we still owned and paid for. She is the most horrible person I have personally ever met and would recommend to any person thinking of moving into this apartment to WALK AWAY. If you want to pay $1140 a month to have a landlady who snoops your garbage and doesn't help nor do any upgrades on a 1962 apartment, be my guest. But I would recommend that you look across the road at 40 speers road and get a better experience. Plus you can have visitor parking there. Good luck on your adventures.
