The food was just OK, maybe on the bland side. Microwaved for sure. Waitress was OK but not too interested. Depressing experience. Caesar salad was actually fresh but very boring, bland. Nothing was actually tasty.
I've been to this place many times over the years and its been going down hill since then. The food has changed considerably and the wait staff are less then cheery. While the food is still edible it is way too expensive for what it is. It's a shame because every time I'm in Orangeville I would almost always suggest Kelsey's as the place to go. But more and more I find myself looking for other place to spend my money.
just wanted to say we had a wonderful time on friday,,jenny p was our waitress and she was great nothing was too much trouble and the place was packed our salad came in mins and dave the manager came and said hello,, thanks to all staff at kelseys we enjoyed our night,,,,,
My family and i go out to dinner at different places in orangeville and kelsey's is always a good choice. whenever we go there, we know that the service will be friendly and the food will be good. They have lots of deals where you can share like the appitizers or the desserts, and when you have a group it is good because then everyone can try some of everything. i also like kelsey's because after i eat there i don't feel ill later on like i do sometimes at other similar resturants.
April 9th was my birthday and my family were taking me out for dinner of my choice I choose your restaurant the Kelsey in Orangeville. I was not happy with anything about the night. My dinner was not good at all and the service was very slow. I have ordered that meal before and really liked it but after the other night i don't know if I will ever go back to Kelsey and if I do i am not sure what Ia m going to order. Also the menu has been changed or that what it seems. There is not that much stuff on it anymore and what is on I think is over priced. Over all I would give this restaurant a 4 because of poor service and poor food. I really like Kelsey and have been there many times before but now I don't think I will ever go back.
This the second time in 2 weeks we have eaten at Kelsey's in Orangeville and we will no longer be returning for the following reasons: 1. For the second time, the fries were definitely recycled. They were cold and had the consistency of being microwaved. After we sent them back, both times within 1 minute the waitress had returned with freshly cooked fries. Once is an accident, twice demonstrates it is a common practice! As fries are an inexpensive item for any restaurant, I would question what else they are keeping past it's quality time. 2. The tartar sauce was yellowish and was separating 3. The wrap was stale and most likely had been defrosted in a microwave. 4. The water glass was dirty with a large dark chunk stuck to the inside.
They need to convince the manager KC to return. He made a point of visiting our table everytime we were in and now we never see a manager.
We had your lunch of soup and penne, the soup came as the wrong one plus was cold and had to wait about 15 minutes for it. The waitress said she would return but never did . Service was a boutch from start. Tried to get the survey on internet was a joke. We are a regular customer to the local restaurant. Thankyou
