You want two things from a Vet: competence and compassion. Dr. Ian Cameron is kind beyond measure, as is all the staff. They clearly adore animals. The medical knowledge and capacity is equally top of game, and always aware of current research. My canine family has been expertly and lovingly care for for years now. Zoey, a rescue at 12yo, who came to me as palliative care, lived til 19.5! Parker, terrier type, is again a bright-eyed bouncer with cutting edge arthritis treatment - at 15.

I called last week to make a first time appointment with the Westboro Animal hospital. I registered myself, my kitten and set the appt for Thursday at 5. When I showed up for my appt. They didn't have it in their books. They immediately doubted me, and accused me of being at the wrong Clinic. Once they saw I was registered with their clinic, they did not accept fault and offered me to wait 2 hours to see a Doctor. This pour customer service is the reason I wont return.

I have received nothing but exceptional service here, with both my cats and dog. The whole staff are supportive and competent, the most caring staff i have encountered anywhere, ever. I also find that their prices are remarkably reasonable. I particularly appreciate the fact that they don't recommend unnecessary drugs or treatments. They clearly have both mine and my pets' best interests at heart Dr Ian Cameron and his staff saved my cat's life, and I am forever grateful.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet since 2002. Their prices are reasonable, appointments on time, and the staff is very professional and caring. Anytime my dogs have had a medical issue the treatment given was successful. I will continue to visit them and recommend them to friends.

thinking this was a nice place as it is close to my home has proven problematic with drs that are more concerned about my puppies behavior and telling me what not to do than helping me with him. turns out dogs aren't supposed to play wood, stuffed toys, raw hide, most balls, bones, or anything else they enjoy. furthermore the place is disorganized and expensive even by vetinary standards...
