This company installed two 16 x 16 doors on my Calhoun building. One panel was damaged during installation and needed to be replaced. They did that, but caused an issue with the function of the door. Now, most times it jams in the open position. After two years of numerous service calls to fix this issue they now have not fixed it and want to charge me for more service to fix the damage they caused. Shabby ,, very poor consumer relations.
This service call was completed Free of Charge despite doors being out of warranty and not having been alerted to any further issues since the last service call (also done under warranty) Have also since, received confirmation from both this customer and the contractor to confirm satisfaction has been achieved. We are not perfect and do apologize for the delay in correcting this issue, but remain committed to satisfying our customers.
