Casey's Propane

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!” I would rate this company zero. We recently moved into a new residence as tenants. The existing account on premises is with Casey’s. When we called to register we were quoted a lower rate. When we received our first bill the rate we were charged a much higher rate. When we tried to speak to Casey about the discrepancy he became irate and a truck showed up at our property an hour later threatening to immediately rip out our tanks. We had to call the police. Rip off!!!

they do a good job for me they come when I call give me fuel leave my bill bill and leave

We have been using Caseys for 4 years and have had no problems. They deliver monthly from about September to about April and we have never ran out. They had to upgrade our tanks after the first year as they were very old and not up to code. The new tanks cost a small rental fee of only $80/year.

pretty good service except when they say they are coming and they do not and leave you running your furnace on fumes.

Thank you Caseys Propane. Since you wouldnt take my monthly withdrawals, you lost a payment cheque, you then wouldnt fill my tanks, you removed my tanks taking my regulators. Im now faced with no propane supplier because I have code issues which have surfaced that must be fixed all before I can have heat again. By trying to do right by you and allowing mthly withdrawals Im now facing hundreds of dollars in costs. Thanks for leaving me in the cold for weeks!

Last night we had an issue and ran out of propane and our furnace stopped working. The house started to get very cold and we were very worried about the plumbing in the crawspace freezing because we had no other heat source. We called at 5pm on a Sunday night and by 9 pm our tanks were full and the house was starting to warm again and no frozen pipes. Very impress with the speedy response,

Not enough room to complain on the fist review. This company does not have a good costomer relation. To let a costomer (a senior citezen) run out of propain at the coldest time of year. And then tell her they will try to get out there the next morning because they are tiered. Tried to blaim her fo not keeping an eye on her levles. Even when requested to come every 4 weeks to fill up. But will not come till 6 weeks. Obviousle to long in cold weather. AND this is not the first time. no room again.

Service is great but they sure could use a technician to clean furnaces. I havent been able to find someone to clean mine.

Worst company Demanded $400 monthly refuses to give two tanks promises to give propane twice monthly instead and don't bother showing up and of course one of the coldest nights out of propane no heat till morning. Girl in Bancroft office extremely rude

The man that runs...

The man that runs this company is one of the by far the rudest man Ive met. I have a four bedroom house with 3 childern and twice now since christmas he has let us run out of propane after we have called days in advance. The last time we went almost five days with no propane. When you after hours he doesnt care and told me as much. Im a COD customer i always pay this man ive never called and not had the money for him. Im not the only family he has done this too and when i called our MPP he was aware of his attitude and how he treats his customers. The ladies that answer the phone are polite enough but tickets arent put in when I call and when i call in days later they have no idea what Im talking about. Worst experience in my life dealing with them. We are looking to move based on the fact we cant deal with this company any longer. Ive been sick my kids my husband all because they let us sit with no propane for days they honestly dont care
