Dave's Spa & Hot Tub Repairs

Under absolutely no circumstances would I be recommending this company. Dave is a one stop scam artist. Dave came to assess the fix for my hot tub and requested a $1,600 deposit to purchase the parts for repair. Since taking the deposit he has dodged my calls and has taken off with the money never to be heard from again. In this economic environment - this has been incredibly devastating and very violating. I will be going after his business license to stop this happening again.

If there was a zero star I would choose it. I spoke to him two weeks ago and he said he would come and look at my leaking hot tub the following week (week of Nov 21st). I called him back when I had not heard from him by Friday of that week. We made an appointment for him to come on Monday Nov 28th at 2 pm. I rearranged my day to make sure I would be here. He did not show up. I left a phone message. No one ever called to explain, apologize or rebook. Just very poor customer service I guess

I contacted Dave when the previous Spa repair service left me with a non-functional spa. I was at my wits end and about to give up. I called and Dave came out same day and with assistance from his wife and son were able to fix the problem from an incorrectly installed circuit board. I highly recommend this company, they were fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with unlike the other spa company that was anything but 'spectacular'. Thanks Dave, Rita and Daniel.
