Excellent experience dealing with Norm. He came to check out my washer within an hour of me calling him and had the part ordered and installed 2 days later. He always was here when he said he would be and is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again.
How can I give Norm 10 stars on this app !!!! Very knowledgeable and he pinpointed the problem over the phone but still took the time to come out and diagnose the problem. When he was scheduled for the repair he was very promoted and quick.

Came the same day. Knew and explained what the problem was. Fixed the problem and charged a fair fee. (A different repair person , the previous day, diagnosed that my fridge would need a new motherboard. This would have been big bucks.)
