Minus Stars for zero service. Please do not use this business. They took a deposit, have not provided a service & are failing to communicate with me about my request for a refund. Eventually Bal agreed to send a cheque for the refund, 2 weeks later - still waiting. Have lodged a claim with the credit card company. I worked 20+ years in retail so understand customer service. I am baffled how the owner of the company is not at all concerned & not communicating with me. Don't give them your $$'s

it took a while but when we got the top it looks fantastic you have to bug him alot but when it comes its beautiful don't be in a rush but maybe covid had a lot to do with it just like every other business thanks Paul and Nicola

Stay away. Bad customer service. If you have an issue after they don't return your calls.

Went to Pro Stone and ordered a counter top which was quite nice except after close observation, I notice some defect in the stone . After several phone calls and emails I finally got the owner Siva . He sent somebody out to try repair the defect without success . I paid quiet a hefty price for the counter top and sinks so I expected to get what I paid for . Although the staff including Mr Siva are friendly . I expected quality for my money . Not happy
