    We got Armour Bathtub Reglazing to reglaze a bathtub in one of our rental units in March 2019, Debbie recommended to strip the tub and we agreed for an extra charge. In less than 6 months the tub started to bubble and peel. The tenants didnt complain until a few months later. It had 5 years warranty on it and we told Debbie what happened. She said you should have told me since it started to happen and that is the tenants fault, so is not covered. We really couldnt believe it. The worst.

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry we could not come to an agreement over the damage that was caused to the tub in your rental property. This type of damage ( use of a bath mat and heavy scratches) falls outside of the 6 year warranty we provide, as outlined in the care sheet that was discussed prior to the reglaze,and left with you and your tenant. We did however offer to meet with you to discuss a solution. I hope you find a contractor that better meets your needs.
