I went in last Sunday for just shellac not wanting the manicure for $10 extra, they kept pushing it on me of course and I had said just shellac, moving on the girl was finishing up my nails and pressed down on them when they were not done drying and had messed up 7 of my nails. When I pointed out that she messed them up all she said was “they’re dry”. So when I went to pay they tried to charge and argue with me that I got the manicure when I only asked for the $20 shellac over the $30 manicure.

I had a botched set of acrylics done at a different salon about two weeks ago, and when I came in to simply for a fill Savanah was so kind and accommodating! She remedied the situation, finished of the nails so beautifully, and I am so happy with the final result! The salon is pristine and professional, along with all the nail techs employed there. Overall I had an awesome experience and will definitely be coming back for my next fill!

More than impressed! I've been going to Simply Nails for about 2 years now. At first, my nails were weak and always breaking. The nail technicians brought my nails from super weak to no longer needing gel, strong, long and perfectly shaped within months. Very personable, accommodating and friendly; never chatting through you or over you as if you aren't there. On trend and never dated. If you see a style you'd love to try just show a picture and they'll know how to do it! & it's truly clean!

Went in to get shellac changed on my finger nails. The man who did my nails took half an hour trying to file them straight across the top and by the time I left, my nails were filed so short and still uneven that I left half way through to go to another salon because he ruined my nails. Still got charged for the removal of my old shellac colour. Won't be back.
