Stylist unkind, insulting and made no attempt to offer her expertise. Did not listen to me and cut me off mid sentence several times. I cried In the chair while waiting for colour to set and would have walked out if I could. Styled my hair very old fashioned to further make her point. I will never go back and will never recommend them.

I went to Eskada to have my hair done for my wedding. Asked the stylist for a particular updo and she did her own thing. Although my hair was sprayed with many different products to get it to hold, by the time I got home to get ready, it was falling out. So not only did the stylist not do as I asked where I ended up with a style I didn't like, but it fell out by the end of the night. Disappointing. The same thing occurred for my mother with a different stylist on the same day. Would not return.
