Horrible communication! Couldn't be bothered to explain a single thing even after explaining that we have never done this before as we never owned a pool. Complete lack of professionalism. Came off rude and careless. I will never recommend or use their service again after this.

Great guys !. They went above and beyond today to help me out with a seized hot tub pump. Didn't have the parts I needed but gave me a loaner pump while mine was being repaired! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

A big thank you to the staff at R&S pools for going above and beyond for me. Having had a lot of issues with my cement pad they very patiently and kindly moved my spa aprox 4 times on and off the pad till it was done right by a company that laid my pad. They installed it and put my cover together for me and did it all with a smile. Being on my own this was so very much appreciated. I had dealings with them at my previous residence also and always found them courteous and efficient even then. A+
