Wow! Thank you to the amazing staff at Beatties Upper Centennial! Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. The vet staff came out after getting him settled and dressed my husband’s hand so he could go to the hospital, as well as providing a wash cloth to clean up. If I could give negative stars to the veterinarian I would. Dr. Bekhit has horrible bedside manner. We asked questions to him about our pets toxicity issue and he made us feel very small and belittled us. He told us that we would have to leave our pet for 48 more hours of observation followed up with IV fluids. My partner and I then took our dog to the Ancaster Beattie where we were treated with care and kindness and told our dog could come home with us later that day as everything was fine...

If I could give it a zero I would. If you care about your pet(s) do not go here. Wait time for your appointments are lengthy, extremely overpriced and mediocre care. Your pets are at risk.

People think this business is ran horribly well working for them is way worst. The managers are horrible and you get treated like your stupid.

NO STARS HERE!! Called to make yearly appt. & told Molly did not need to be seen until end of July. Called to pick up prescription (flea & Heartworm). Called me back to say they would not supply it because Molly hadnt been seen in a year and had not had the health & wellness test. The irony here is they are holding my dogs health hostage out of their own STUPIDITY. I am done with this UNPROFESSIONAL LOUSY RECORDKEEPING, POOR EXCUSE OF A VETS. OOR EXCUSE, LOUSY RECORD KEEPING company.

Waited over 2 hours for the doctor to see my dog. Literally every single time I come here I NEVER get in on time- ever. Very frustrating. Im finding a new vet.

The Dr I saw Barbara I think was her name ?at the Stoney Creek location she amazing as well as the technician at putting my dog at ease. He gets very anxious. Also greeted very nicely at the front desk.

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Thank you all so much

Great service, made a call to the office at 5:30am , appointment at 6am and home by 6:30! Very thorough advice and treatment plan. I’ve taken my pets to other vets in Stoney Creek, and never experienced the availability and quality that Beattie is providing.

THIS IS A VERY FRIENDLY PLACE I HAVE HAD TO HAVE ONE PET PUT DOWN AND HAVE HAD THE SECOND ONE TAKEN CARE OF FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING WHEN WE PUT DOWN OUR FIRST CAT. THE PRICE WAS A LOT LESS THAN MOST OTHER VETS WE CALLED. WE WILL ALWAYS GO TO BEATTIE'S

I have taken my cat in 6-7 times. I have never waited less than 45 min to be seen. During one visit I waited for 1 hour 50 min to be seen. This is unacceptable. Staff are nice but often not knowledgable. Clinic chronically understaffed. I do not recommend and will not go back.

Waiting over an hour for my appointment then was told there were other more important so I would have to wait another 1 before I would be seen. They didnt even come to tell me it would be another long wait. I had to go and ask what was going on. They had completely forgot about us. IT was a horrible experience and the stoney creek location was filthy! I would never go back!

DO NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY.

I called at 11:30pm to say my dog was bloating, thinking they were a 24-hr hospital as advertised. Bloat is a life-threatening emergency, must be corrected surgically within 2 hrs. He told me to drive 1/2 an hr to their Stoney Creek location. Staff had no sense of urgency. Took 20 minutes before they checked my dog & only then told me they do NOT deal with bloat, I'd have to drive another 35 min to Miss-Oak emerg!! Didn't even direct me to Hamilton emerg hospital because M-O is an affiliate ($$)

Would not recommend to anybody not even my worst enemy

I would rate Beattie Animal Clinic on Centennial and Holland a 0. I had to bring my cat in because he had crystals and he's had them before and had it unblocked at a very low price this time Beattie wanted to charge me over $1,800 I had no money and I ended up having to put my cat down and dr. Manson had no compassion no feeling no nothing about the situation I think he was a little mad because I put the cat down cuz I couldn't afford it they are only for the money they don't care about your pet

This place is way overpriced. They always charge you the high end of the estimate, never the low. Make you wait in a 8x10 room for an hour when your just there to drop your pet off. I would think twice about going here unless you own a bank.

My dog broke his ...

My dog broke his nail so i took him in to get it removed on the phone I was told it would cost $65 for the exam plus whatever the operation would cost (I was expecting it to cost about $100 in total) he was in for 10 minutes and it cost $253. Make sure if it's not an emergency you call around to get the best price first and always ask how much each step is.

Excellent service, kind staff, and great prices. I shopped around for my cat when he needed surgery and found that the prices were the lowest in the area. Low prices didn't mean inferior service though as the staff were knowledgeable and caring. Thanks! Highly recommended!

I had a bad experience with this place and all I can say is hold on to your pocket book. Their best interest is in money not the care of your pet!
