    This place rocks. Top dollar for what you are selling. The staff are great which makes the place such a great atmosphere to be in... Keep up the great work guys. 5* rating all day long.

    Called before arrival to see if they would buy my used tool. They said yes. When arrived was told NO with complete disrespect.

    A store I frequent often! Fantastic staff through the year I've been going there! 'Probably know way more than they need to, but again, that is just another perk in going there! Great selection of items, always an improving environment and staff! 'Been to others in Ontario, I rate this one the best! Thanks guys!

    Hock shop Canada are lying

    Pawned my ps4 for 150 dollars and was told after the first 30 days that there was also a 15 day grace period, where I could still buy back....But they sold my ps4 9 days after I missed my payment to buy it back.....Thanks for lying....

    Kayla I reviewed your account on my system, I am sorry you felt that way but you brought your system in on July 5th and it went out for sale August 24th. So we did hold it back for you an extra 2 weeks with no payment. Any other questions feel free to call the store.

    Went in there ask...

    Went in there asking about the difference in game systems for my son. Had a very knowledgeable staff member help me. He answered all my questions and help me pick the system I needed. I also got the best price in town I could find. Really recommend this store to anyone. Merry Christmas

    Three employees i...

    Three employees in a matter of ten minutes were rude to me and my husband. We were about to pay $300 for the items we chose when my husband asked a question about the item and the lady cashier said something rude and snotty.I said that's it let's go rude employees are not getting my money so we left with nothing and very upset. The employees here need to learn some great customer service and how to be respectful! Never going back! Customer service goes along way and so does word of mouth!

    If you had such a problem im sure my manager and or owner would've loved to help out but customers are usually aggressive with us for no reason so forgive me and my team mates if we're a little on edge with people...

    I get the impression that some of these guys that work there think they're being televised.. so arrogant to deal with.."my bad" thought that was a hock shop. you're in Sudbury, calm down little Richard Benjamin Harrison's.

    Went in to look a...

    Went in to look at playstation vitas. Asked an employee a question he answered it and than walked away directly after. Got the manager who answered another question I had than walked away. Both of them barely looked at me and acted like they had better things to do than answer a customers questions about $140 piece of gaming hardware even though they only walked to another part of the store and stood there. Got tired of having to find a new employee for every question and just left.
