My spouse and I discovered this restaurant as a fluke- we were not in there to eat, in there to conduct business with the owner for a local festival. When my spouse got back to the car he said, we are going to go back there for lunch. And we did just that and were very impressed. We were not sure of the sizes so we both ordered 2 medium panzerottis, and wow, we didn't need to make dinner that night. Very affordable and the best panz I have ever eaten in my life.
I love the panzarotti's!! My cousin's are in love with this place so my husband and I finally decided to try it - WOW. The waitress was so helpful in explaining the different sizes and making suggestions. Now my husband wants to have Ceaser's every night!

I have been going to Cesar's for many years now, and the food is just as great as it was 10 years ago! While the decor does not change, they do make an effort to re-organize now and again. Nice and clean for a "Mom & Pop" type of restaurant. Service was extremely friendly, and although it was a bit slow, the food was more than worth it!
I've been going here for years and I have to say even tho the decor hasn't changed much, the food is still great and the service and cleanliness has improved since new management.
I had the pleasure of dining here recently, and found it to be the best place in Thunder Bay!! My friends and I had pizza and panzerotti and it was the best we'd ever had. The new managment are fast and friendly and seemed to appreciate our business. All in all, the food was great, the people were awesome and I highly recommend you give them a try! You will be happy you did!!!
I can remember going here with my parents when my dad would get meal tickets from the mill and we used to get take out as well. I can remember it being in abit better shape. Hadn't gone there for years and decided to take my son out for dinner. Decor hasn't really changed much, no liquor license which sucked as they used to have one(pizza and beer go together!),the service was good. Had take out awhile ago and the panzerotti were abit greasy (to the point of dripping). I like to go here just for the fact of them not being baked like everywhere else in town, having them deep fried is a nice change once in awhile. So I guess its the chance I take to have the deep fried flavour if they drip. Get your liquor license back though.
The calzones are great--keep in mind you can request whole-wheat dough and as well as having it baked rather than fried.
Don't get cross about the delivery time--keep in mind they use a local service for this. Pick it up yourself, or better yet...dine in! You'll be glad you did.

sure the panzerottis are good but this is the second time ive gotten delivery from here and it takes 2 hrs to get here cold! even tho they say 45 minutes for delivery its not true!they dont even tell you how much it will be when you call never will i order from here again
This is the best place to get panzerotti's in TBay by far. Not only that, they deliver which means I don't even need to go out. Service is friendly but there is a 'delivery charge' so be prepped to pay an extra couple bucks.

I love coming to this eatery...makes u feel like u are in an old Italian Gangster movie...love the checkered white and red table cloths...came here on a very cold night with my girlfriend...we had the best time...we were the only people eating but 100 people came in and out for take-out...we were having dinner and it didnt matter where everyone else was in the city...it was cute and romantic.

It's a good thing I live clear across town or I'd gain 300 pounds by eating these things every day! Everything I've ever eaten here has been excellent! I think they changed their bacon quite some time ago, I like the old one better, but they still make the best pizza in town!

Not at all impressed with the food or service at this restaurant. My pizza was unneccisarilly soaked in grease, the crust was nothing special, and the sauce was very bland. The toppings seemed to be good quality however, so I wasn't completely disapointed. I've had better pizza at fast food pizza places though. My service was ok, but they forgot about my girlfriend's order, and spent an extra 20 minutes making it while the rest of the party was already almost done eating. She wasn't impressed with her food either.
