Pizza Pizza

Always late delivery at my apartment, the reason is always that they went to the apartments on the other side of the street, despite having made several orders over the past months. Their policy is free after 40 minutes, but I always ended up getting it much later than that and still had to pay as the delivery guy always blamed it on "I just started today" or "the building was not where you'd expect". The food was generally good, but service and delivery could have been better.

Two boxes two many!

I recently ordered a pizza for delivery i had ordered a large and asked for a second box, the lady on the phone refused to give me a second box unless i ordered another pizza. I needed the box to give half the pizza to my family for i was going to work out of town. I then explained to the lady that i would pay for a box. STILL she refused to give me another box unless i paid for another pizza. I found thjis irrating and her tone of voice was unwelcomning. All in all the pizza was good but the customer service sure needs some improvement.
