Worst pet sitting service ever! They left my animals alone for days. Horrible.

Bredins Best took care of my two cats when I travelled and most recently, I had booked Bredins for two weeks then my elderly cat died unexpected just 2 days before my departure. Their compassion and integrity were truly extraordinary and massively appreciated.... they made an incredibly awful difficult time easier and I will always be grateful. Of course, I will be booking them to care for my remaining cat and the hoped-for newcomer for my next trip.

I just went to New York city for 5 days and I trusted the care of my rescue dog and cat to the lovely ladies at Bredins Best. Our sitter was Karen, and she was fabulous! The house was spotless when I returned, and the pets seemed very happy and well taken care of. She was very accommodating with timing, and seemed to follow my care instructions exactly as specified. I have nothing but great things to say about Bredins Best, and I will definitely use their services again!

Just getting in from a long flight after a two week conference for my business. Everything looks to be clean and in place. More importantly relieved to see that Oscar is happy and relaxed, giving me the chance to catch up on some rest myself. Thank you to the good folks at Bredins. My family has been using BredinsBest regularly since moving to Toronto 8 years ago now. We first came across their services through our vet and have never looked back on referring them to anyone in need of good trusted care for their pets and home since. No matter the length of trip, season or notice, Jean and Tuula always have a sitter/walker ready for us within a few hours of initial contact. A WORD OF CAUTION ABOUT BREDINS BEST

The owner cancelled the sitter we had booked - at the last minute, by email NO LESS. She sent an inadequate replacement and told us to take it or leave it. Apparently they have their regular clients and don't care about new clients what so ever. I would never intrust them with my pets.
