The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. They explained everything gave me the best price and service also took care of all the paperwork and warranty registration.

A few weeks ago I needed to replace an old A/C unit that was no longer working. I called Cozy World and was pleasantly surprised how professional and efficient they were. Boris came the day I called to provide a quote and the next day I called back to arrange a time to have the A/C installed. It was in the middle of a hot spell so I was very appreciative when he said they could squeeze an install in later that night. That night the A/C was installed and working. Great experience
