I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Goldview for the great support I have received over the years. I'm going to really miss my condo with a property management group that does such a great job at caring for its tenants.
We are relatively new residents and we just wanted to say how impressed we are with our management company and our site manager. All our requests/inquiries have been responded to in a timely and professional manner and all the staff at head office are courteous and proactive. I also appreciate that our grounds are always very well looked after and maintained.

The worst management company I have ever seen. The use inexperienced staff and do not safely maintained properties that they are paid to manage, stay away from Goldview. If you have a legitimate problem count on them not to help.

I recently moved into a condo in mid-Toronto managed by Goldview. I have to say I found their onsite manager to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. We bought our condo without a parking spot and they were very accommodating in helping us find a parking spot that we could rent
Goldview Property Management has been able to bring all of our developer issues to very successful conclusions. They handled a monumental task professionally, with integrity, and the right amount of firmness. I appreciate how difficult this process was and the significant contribution Goldview made.
I wanted to praise the excellence and notable performance of our Property Manager. We were faced with some power issues and she collaborated with the technicians, residents and any inquires we may have had. She remained on site way into the late night possible early morning. This display of professionalism is tremendously appreciated and commendable. She represented Goldview with the utmost excellence!
We are 10 months into our first year with Goldview and on our second Goldview property manager. Both have proved equally incompetent at managing our building, with many complaints from owners and residents.
We feel that our condominium corporation is managed in a professional manner, so many thanks for your hard work. Any issues we’ve had have been handled pretty quickly. Overall a very positive experience and definitely better than what we’ve experienced with past condo managers.
I am a resident of 485 Rosewell Ave which is under the Management of Goldview Property Management, I have been living in this this condo for 2 years now. I had an issue in my Unit, a small leak in the ceiling, I contacted Goldview and reported the issue, Within 48 hours they had a plumbers in my unit and my issue was fixed promptly.
I owned a loft for 4 years that was managed by Goldview. They ignored multiple complaints from many owners on water leaks throughout the building. After ignoring this issue for several years each owner paid thousands through special assessments to rectify the situation. At our annual meeting one of their staff assigned to our building actually had the audacity to tell an owner that is was 'none of their business' in terms of how the reserve fund was spent. Unbelievable! Owners had to request to review estimates multiple times as they would not share tenders for special assessment work. Rude and bad service, lack of respect for owners. I've since moved and the current building I'm in is managed by Brookfield - what a difference! We actually have tv screens in our lobby outlining what the board and management company are working on and their next steps. Helpful, fast response on issues and open attitude. What a breath of fresh air!
