Mareka Property Management

Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Non-payment of $ due for renovation of property. Don't think of dealing with this company. Your tenants will regret the decision.

Worst service. Poor Management. I would like to rate 0`.

My wife and I just moved into a new condo that is managed by Mareka and I have to say that they are very efficient. The day that we moved in the property manager, Mary, made sure that we had a copy of the building's rules and regulations. She was also very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions. Very impressed already.

My aunt recently retired and put her savings into a commercial property. She knew nothing about it, but Mareka was so helpful so my cousins and I - the next generation so to speak - are now in contact with Mareka, too and are consulting with them regarding our first group commercial investment. We all know just a bit of real estate from homes and land for agri, so commercial property mgt may be scary, but Mareka is making it exciting and refreshing!
