I would not use this company because of Terry. We booked with him and you need to have a video or voice recording in order to get the truth from him. His service is poor. He acts like he is doing you a favor. I WOULD NEVER USE HIM or this company AGAIN.

I Purchased a plane ticket from Skyroute Travel Service. I spoke with a lady name Akshita Saldhi who told me Air Canada has 1 seat sale for $599 left, I told her to book it, 10 mins later she came back and say the sale was over but there was a seat for $650 I told her no then she say she could give it to me for $629. when I check my visa statement I found that she lied to me about the sale.
