I am unbelievably concerned about the service I received today at Topcuts (3248N Yonge Street, Toronto) location. I walked in, and the hair dresser did not acknowledge my presence until about 15 minutes in My main concern is the hair cut. I asked for a simple circular cut to my shoulders (no layers; nothing complicated). One side is longer than the other from the front. Please inform me how a trained specialist whose primary role is to cut hair everyday cannot even cut evenly
