Horrible experience. I really hope that these staff get replaced. I hope consulate can have a look to see how they are ripping ppl off.

Infuriating experience. The website does NOT state all of the requirements of the visa (even their checklist!), and they hide their full requirements behind VERY vague wording. So you think everything is in order and then pay $50 for an apt, only to be told you got the wrong insurance, you printed the form wrong- when what they require isnt even stated clearly on their site. No compassion or understanding either, they want you to pay another $50 to put money in their pocket. So corrupted.

The young man that handled my application was very competent and friendly. He answered my questions and ordered everything well. I felt confident that it was done correctly. The only reason I took off a star is because the office itself was cramped and organizing my (many) documents on a waiting-area chair was not ideal.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. People laugh at your face when you ask a question and they are sarcastic. No one knows what they are doing. Sends people home for not having documents with them that are NOT on the website listed as a required documents so they can get more money for new appointments booking. Gross. Needs improvement.

no one ever answers the phone ... emails are directed to India. ridiculous!
