I booked a vehicle and there was the wrong key inside of the car. they changed the different location to pick up the car but that also had no battery. they changed another pickup location but the car still had no battery so I asked a taxi driver to jump in a battery to my car. so, I had to pay $20 for that to the taxi driver. and ZIPCAR charged 3 times to me that I did not use the vehicle. I just used one car but they charged 3 times, because they changed pickup location. CANNOT UNDERSTAND

Constantly taking money out of my account. Not helpful when you call. Always double billed for rentals and sent to cars that either have no gas and don’t move, or are completely dead.
