Universal Duct Cleaning

Service was less than ideal, as rather than properly clean the vents (based on research after the fact), they just blew compressed air through the open ends, sucked up the dust and left. They did not retape our exhaust vent properly, which then fell from the ceiling, and they did not replace the vent cover properly; instead of screwing it in, they used tape, which did not hold. Tried calling and messaging, no reply. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.
