If you are considering using this company - don’t!! I’m stuck in a contract with these people who refuse to do anything promised except the bare minimum. And when you try to address anything they could care less or simply never respond. Their customer service “specialist” is a joke. She had only been on the job 6 months when I got thrown to her and tried to explain 4 years of absolutely no adherence to their contract and her stance was “they do their job” then would never answer another email.
