The installers were great customer service is very very bad was going buy air conditioner from them but not now .All I wanted was to talk to a tech guy who installed my fireplace.waited days still no phone call from them
I had comfort air service my furnace, The technician was always on the phone with someone while trying to service my furnace, It was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. His English was very poor, I barely understood him. When he couldn't fix my furnace he tried selling me a new furnace. I researched comfort air and found that they don't have a BBB profile. Fairley new company with amateur techs. I wouldn't recommend this contractor.
Service department didn't try to scam me and say I needed a new furnace. Described what I need to fix it and I decided to get a new one anyway. got a real deal on a Napoleon furnace and got a year to pay for it as well. Good deal all the way.

Thanks folks. Comfort air installed my fireplace and I have them also service my furnace. They did clean, professional job for reasonable price. Will recommend them.
Can't even be bothered to phone me back after i phoned in twice to inquire about ordering a part. We need a new fireplace as well but it wont be from here!
Don't know how we missed you. Sorry if this one slipped through the cracks. Extremely busy with furnace sales and installations and a gas valve self-repair part request may have been overlooked. Usually, gas parts are not available for the general public to purchase from a HVAC dealer. Even our service techs have to provide proof of licence in order to obtain parts from the supplier. Service manager seems to think that he did call you back; may not have left message. Request may have been called in after hours and given to sales department, then forwarded. We recently had a short staff situation as our secretary was out of town for a week. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. It is not our policy to let service or sales calls go unattended. Still a bit of a puzzle.
