FD Custom Kitchens and Design Centre

Signed a contract with Factory Direct Kitchens on Jan 17, 2017. 8 weeks later I had paid them a 50% deposit and 30% installment upon delivery of the cabinet boxes for a total of $8000. 9 out of 10 cabinet boxes were installed, but no doors, hardware, trim, fillers, or any other pieces in the contract were ever delivered. Now they have been evicted from their shop. Beware of this business.

Factory Direct Kitchens was amazing

Factory Direct Kitchens is located close to our home in Waterloo. Dana Ertel has helped us design our amazing kitchen. I didn't have to downgrade my expectations because I didn't have a huge budget. He was able to design our large kitchen with island and best of all they don't sub contract out their installation. I can't say enough Dana...I will continue to refer family and friends!
