I bought a Maytag fridge from Home Depot in 2013. So far they had to replace the first one and repair the next one 3 times when the freezer stopped working. The freezer has once again stopped working and they refuse to cover the expenses for repairs. it has cost 5 days off work 4 full freezers of food and an unpredictable service mechanic which they won't take any responsibility for. I don't feel this is what costumer service is about. Whirlpool it seems is the parent company.
