We have always or...
We have always ordered from twice the deal and it has been pretty good. However the last 3 times we ordered they forgot our dipping sauce. When we ordered today I spoke to a female and told her to make sure it was delivered it wasn't. I called back and the female called me a "chick" and passed the phone off before I could even speak. . I cannot believe an "adult" who is working for a business would call me a "chick" that is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so offended on so many levels by this individual. Needless to say a gentleman arrived 2 hours later to apologize and deliver the dipping sauce. He was at least a pleasure to speak to!
