Moved into a new building with this company managing it. They were not chosen by condo union, but was chosen by the constructor. I found them rude, they mentioned my race to my wife when I complained about the service in the party room. They cost the union 50k a year and they felt it was necessary for us to know a priori that we had key access to the front door if we only asked. Since we didn't know this was even possible (first condo), a lot of our guests were stuck outside as the party room has poor cell reception. Invariable considering union members still need to pay 150$ for that room.
They have no concept of customer service, the Gain in their name is meant only for themselves.

If you were present at the board meetings, you probably know that the budget was voted by the union for additional maintenance tasks that the union asked for later on in the project. Also, the front door is accessed with an access key for the safety of the residents. I also noticed you mentioned 150$ bill for the reception room? It is 50$ after we returned your deposit. This is to give you the room clean and to maintain a great reception hall for members to benefit from. I recall your situation M. Michael and I’d like to add that your concern was with the president of the union, which is a member voted by the union, somebody not part of our company. I am also happy to add, that following your call, one of our associate called you immediately and resolved the matter right away. After furnishing each floors, the pool, adding carpets, cleaning all the windows/doors of the building, your property has now gained value for your own benefits.
