    She’s the worst. She charged me 1150$ to sign the papers for the first home we bought and “FORGOT” to give me the deed of the house. I only got it a year later when I had to do my taxes. On top of that she neglected to tell me that the previous owner did not pay their welcome tax and I received a letter from the Ville De Montreal asking me to pay the unpaid taxes which I had already paid when I got the house. When I contacted her about it she just gave me attitude and telling me I’m being pushy!
