J'ai acheté le 12 juin 2022 une toile solaire de 12 pieds pour ma piscine hors terre. La toile est ne touche pas aux côtés de la piscine. Elle se retrouve toujours dans l'écumoire toute replié, pas très utile pour conserver ou augmenter la température de l'eau. L'eau s'accumule aussi sur la toile. Dans le passé, il vendait la toile un peu plus grande et elle s'acrochait au rebord de la piscine. Le gérant m'a conseillé de la couper vis-à-vis de l'échelle , oui , puis qu'elle déchire. Déçu!!!!
After I left a few messages that were never returned I could finally have an appointment to change the skimmer of my swimming pool. In the morning of the day they were supposed to come I called them to confirm the appointment , it was confirmed. I got a day off from work to wait for them. At 4pm I was still waiting. I called again, I was told to wait saying that the may have been late. So I did... Nobody showed up. I find it very unprofessional.
Please do not buy any pool from this place its the worst place to get service i bought a pool last april 2019 which was guranteed instalation by or before 1st week june. the pool was only delivered in july and insalled the last week of. The instalation was done by a group of teenagers which turned out they had no experience as the new pool has been leaking from the day it was installed until today right now writing this review. i have made several calls over and over last season each time if the
Mauvaise expérience avec Jonathan et Michel, manque de professionnalisme et non respect pour le client. On ne raccroche jamais la ligne au nez d’un client, encore moins lorsque la conversation est fait dans le respect mutuel. De plus, se faire dire d’aller chez la compétition si nous ne sommes pas content n’est surtout pas une pratique à adopter pour rester en affaire. Nous allons donc continuer avec Trévi!

The company they oblige us to use to open and close pools, broke my pool light one year, and my main drain the second. The only year I didnt have problems was the first one. STAY AWAY!!!!
I put a 500$ deposit to secure a special price on a pool last year in May 2016 but told the sales person at the time that the purchase of the pool was conditional of us getting the city permit approval. It took a couple of months to get an answer from the city as we had trees to remove and such but in the end, we didn't get the permit to install a pool from the city. Bad service! The technician swears at the client (an elderly, hard of hearing person). The pump is faultily installed and t
he company hires an "independent" contractor to check it. The opinion is that everything works well. But there is gravel in the bottom of the pump and there is hardly water inside while it is working. Each visit from the technician costs hundreds of dollars! Bad business. Choose another company to save yourself grief.
After my experience with Club Piscine I would never hire them for anything again; not for installation or service. They were untimely, did not meet their commitment date to install my in-ground pool and their after service workers were crude, rude, nasty, aggressive, hostile individuals. My advice is to avoid Club Piscine.
Ordered spa cover in November. Gave $200 deposit.
Still waiting!! Almost May!
Supposedly spa cover was ordered and delivered but couldn't be found?? No call backs or info about status of the order, or "lost" cover. In the mean time, our spa cover was getting heavier and finally broke the lifter.
Sales rep sent us to another dealer to buy a cover that's $200 more and the wrong colour??
Finally spoke to the manager who said they would re-order rush and email me the order. Still waiting for that.
Shocked at how unprofessional and incompetent Club Piscine is. All kind of excuses but no explanation. How do you misplace a spa cover?! Avoid spa sales/support here if you can.
Huge selection of spas, pool (inground or above) , fitness style, saunas, billards, etc... The quality of these products are good and will last you a long time.
