impolite employee
Thursday 22/09/2011 at 20:20 I went there and I had problem with my esso card ,I asked for help but the cashier did not speak english and he repllied yelling at me in french that he doesnot speak english. this country is billingual and your staff should be able to communicate with the customer, plus they have to know how to respect too!
