Changed telephone service from Sask tel to Access about 8 months ago. The last couple of months, Every 2 to 3 months, There has been 3charges, For long distance phone calls to the United States,That i did not make, If this keeps on happening, I will be putting in a report to the better buisiness bureau,And change back to Sask tel, That never happen when i use Sask tel for tele phone service.
Great that they don’t tell you they are updating now we have lost recorded programs we planned on watching and now can’t. Service is okay if you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks. Internet is slow.
Five to six disconnects per day for three weeks. The disconnect is on accesses server to host server. Not related to user hardware, can provide trace route data to prove this. When called they have no idea what is going on. The schedule someone to come out a week later to check the hardware but they then cancel same day. Connection stable to access servers but the issue lies between access and the host server.
just wrote one in the wrong place...but here we go...may I say that Justin and the other young gentlemen were of the highest quality of workmanship that I have experienced for a LONG time..they were very courteous and are an asset to your company...I totally would want them to be an employee of mine ...great guys all the way around...if you want to see the craftsmanship the did you can come and inspect any time..the inspector only inspected the outside work..not the inside...koodos to them
