Front desk person had mask completely under her chin and with exposed nose and mouth proceeded to engage in long unnecessary social commentary. I’m immune compromised with many risk factors . I felt unsafe.

Amazing front staff, my family doctor there has provided me the best care that I’ve had and helped me immensely. The wait time is a bit longer but they are a busy clinic with walk-in patients and appointments. 10/10 service for how busy they are!

I was 2 hours late for an appointment as a result of my own mistake. They could/should have had me reschedule. I found the staff gracious, kind and determined to make something work out without making me embarrassed of my mistake. My doctor fit me in and exhibited the same kind and generous attitude, which I did not deserve. Thank you to staff and doctors of Willowgrove. James

Absolutely the worst clinic ever. Scheduling an appointment results in a 3 month wait. Once there for the appointment, the wait time is easily 2 plus hours. It really is a horrible clinic with no accountability for such brutal wait times. Being lied to about wait times on maybe one occassion can be forgiven, but this has been my experience for the past 4 visits to this place.

The front desk staff is rude . ...

Do not go. The doctors just ask go home and nurture will make your recovery.

Been here for an hour and was first in line... only here for awhile... still haven’t been seen. In the meantime have overheard staff talking about how boring of a day it is.... super unimpressed

I went here for a SGI medical near the end of November, being told the clinic would send it to SGI no muss no fuss. The first week of December i receive a letter stating my commercial licence has been revoked due to not having my medical done. I was informed by SGI it was never sent at all, what a wonderful surprise, I will never, ever, set foot in this office again. thankfully SGI was understanding enough to give me a short window of reinstatement till this is sorted out.

Ive been going to this medical group since I was born. Dr Kush took amazing care of my family. When he retired and the practice moved the new dr I was instructed to see has been nothing short of a nightmare. Making appointments almost a month in advance or being told to "come in as a walk in" and then wait for hours before being moved to another room to wait even longer. Nothing is urgent there, you have to wait weeks for call backs on X-rays which is ridiculous. Unfriendly staff.

I have been a patient at Willowgrove for over 3 years. The staff are friendly and efficient, but a bit harried. It has gotten quite busy in the last year and I find waiting times have increased, so plan accordingly. Once you are beyond the waiting area, the doctors are attentive and knowledgeable.
