Watch out for the half hour minimum charge!
I would never go back to this place. I brought in an old Husqvarna 51 chainsaw and I just wanted them to adjust the throttle so she would stay running when idle. On the work order I asked that I be called with a quote before any work was done. What they didn't tell me was that they were going to charge me 40 dollars as a minimum, regardless of whether any work was actually done (it wasn't). I asked the Service Manager about it and he said he had to pay people and that they did do a compression test. Apparently a compression test takes a 1/2 hour and 40 dollars. If I had have known about the charge I would never have left such an old saw there to be fixed. I noticed that they have a small sign over on the side of the desk that tells you about the minimum charge. You would never see it, and I doubt they would ever tell you about it. And so, in the end, they never did my tune-up on my saw, they gave it back and said it wasn't worth working on (keep in mind it ran before I took it in), took my forty dollars after an argument I couldn't win, and I left with a saw that wasn't worked on at all and 40 dollars poorer. Now that is poor customer service.
