Don't fall for the false sense of security their warranty gives you. At least at the Yellowknife store. Bought 3 beds, a couch, coffee table and end tables all good so far. Bought a kitchen table set and within weeks started to peel everywhere. Finally, after two months I couldn't bear to look at it anymore and called the Brick. Sent in photos and they sent a tech over who was rude and confrontational. Told me i had no warranty and all i would get is him coloring in the peeling with a marker.
Incredibly helpful and great customer service from Raman and Jennie. No pressure whatsoever. They really took time to listen to our needs and concerns, and was able to get us everything we wanted within budget.
We own several rental units here in town and have purchased many different sets of appliances. I have had yet to have a bad experience with Suri and Eric. The thing I am probably most impressed with tho is the quality of the delivery guys. It sometimes seems like they are here weekly.
One suggestion, get your own service guys!
I had a horrible experience with The Brick Yellowknife. I bought a big screen tv and it broke while under warranty. I called many times and after giving me a run around, they promised to repair it within 3 months. After 3 months they made excuses after excuses so I went to the store unannounced and belt out my frustration. The manager again promised to fix and deliver the tv within a week with added compensation for the incovenience. Until now I am still waiting for the compensation... promises
