Saturday evening, family dinner. Looking for something not fancy. Limited menu options but ok. Quality of the food and service are standard, not exceptional.. Problems come after we paid the bill. THe server went back asking if there was a problem. Answer: no. I let you 15%... (based on meal values, not including taxes)... She expected more, 15% on the final price (including taxes). I explained, she rolled her eyes. Just asking for explanation is rude. Her attitude is worst. Will never go back.

The Richmond is an insitution that has spent all of its' finance on the interior design of the restaurant and very little in its food and menu. I ordered the salmon tartare, the pasta, foie gras and all were so disappointing, tasteless and fatty. I walked out with a 160$ bill for 3 dishes. Save yourself the experience.

Hello, We are very sorry that your experience was so disappointing. We value our customers and we care about the overall experience : food, service and ambiance. Since Dec 1st, we have a new menu with a new chef and we've been getting a lot of positive feedback. Hope to see you back again in a near future!
